We will be focusing on ANZAC day for the rest of this week with reading, writing and art activities to help you learn a bit more about this important day. Choose one to learn this week A New and colourful way to blow bubbles ~ Rainbow Bubble Snakes All you need is an old water or fizzy bottle, an odd sock (which I know I have a lot of!) some dish soap, tape and food colouring (optional) to make some pretty crazy bubble snakes. Follow the link below to see the instructions. Rainbow bubble snakes Science & Technology STEM challenge for the week - there are some great planes being built out there. So far the longest flight recorded and sent through is 8 metres! Do you think your plane can fly that far? Extra Challenge! Hopefully, by now you have had the chance to make your paper plane as part of your STEM challenge. Can you find a large piece of cardboard or something similar to make a target to fly your plane through? Cut different-sized holes in the board and assign them a point value. Prop the board up and send those planes flying! Can you challenge the people in your family?
